Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the Jefferson County Fair! To help you plan for your experience with us, we have provided a General Information Packet for both commercial space vendors and food & beverage vendors. You can find them on either of these links:

Upon your review of the information packet, please read through and complete the application below. Once you have completed the application click the “Submit” button. This will automatically create a notification of your interest for review. We will then review and determine what your opportunity might be for this year’s fair. If we accept your application, you will receive a Vendor Agreement via email, which should be signed and returned promptly to secure acceptance. If we are not able to accommodate your application, you will receive an email to advise of that decision.

All rules and regulations and general information for the Jefferson County Fair as attached and provided within this application are a part of hereof and no amendment shall be binding upon parties unless in writing signed by an authorized representative of the parties. By signing the Jefferson County Fair Park Application for Vendor Space, with incorporated Vendor Rules & Regulations, you are hereby acknowledging that you have read and agree to all of the below stated rules and regulations. Violation of or non-compliance with any of these rules may result in revocation of application, immediate removal, fines and/or a combination there of. I have read the Rules & Information Packet and agree with all terms and conditions set forth within this application. Approved applications, signed by both parties, serve as a contract.

Applications must be filled out completely and submitted via the link provided below. Please forward photos or menu copies to Vendor@jeffersoncountywi.gov. Please do NOT send a deposit. You will be notified of our decision on or before April 1, 2025.
