To HEREBY RELEASE all event participants, sanctioning bodies, Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park and its officers, directors, members, owners, successors, assigns, agents, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence of released parties. To grant Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park and its designees the right to use your image and/or likeness in any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction of the event, including without limitation my rights of publicity. All rights to broadcast, record, photograph, repeat, reproduce or recreate the event are reserved by Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park. To not take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe on the rights of Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park or its designees. To waive a refund, replacement ticket and/or other event admission material or to payment for any damages of any kind for any reason from Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park, including without limitation cancellation, shortening or other alteration of the event.

VENUE AND GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Use and the relationship between you and Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Jefferson, in the state of Wisconsin. The failure of Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Use remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Website, the Website Service or the Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

TERMINATION

Any event or service sponsored or operated by a Client and any product or ticket sold by a Client are not the responsibility of Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park and you agree to hold Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park and its agents harmless from any liability or injury arising from or related to your attendance at or participation in any such event or service or your purchase of any such product or ticket. Clients have provided some of the information included in this Website and Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park neither verifies, certifies, nor is responsible for the accuracy or completeness thereof. All confirmed orders are final once payment is submitted.

REFUND POLICY:

No Refunds or Exchanges

EVENT/ CONCERT/ GATE ADMISSION PASS/ EXHIBITOR/ BEER TICKETS
Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park does not accept returns or exchanges on events, concerts, or gate admission passes or any similar type tickets. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Any third party tickets are not the property of Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party’s policies. We do not accept returns or exchanges on third party purchases/tickets. No refunds will be accepted.

WINTER STORAGE
Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park does not accept returns or exchanges on vehicle storage. No refunds will be given.
Refunds or Partial Refunds Permitted:

INDIVIDUAL CAMPING
Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park accepts refunds on individual camping reservations up to 48 hrs. prior to your reservation date. If 48 hours or less have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. After this date no refunds or exchanges will be given. Any deposits or associated ticket fees are not refundable.

GROUP CAMPING
Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park accepts refunds on group camping reservations up to 30 days prior to your reservation date. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. After this date no refunds or exchanges will be given. Any deposits or associated ticket fees are not refundable.
Ticketing fees, including but not limited to convenience, handling or credit card fees are not refundable.
Purchasing – Tickets, Reservations, Storage, Etc.

PETS AND ANIMALS
Animals allowed on Jefferson County Fair Park grounds must be brought in by exhibitors, vendors, and entertainers, or be a service animal during the duration of fair week. Jefferson County Fair Park offers camping in which allows animals to be on the grounds outside of fair week. Camping during the fair is not included in this policy.

TICKET PURCHASING OPTIONS
Tickets/camping/winter storage may be purchased on the Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park website, by calling 920-674-7148, or by stopping at the Jefferson County Fair Park Office during normal operating hours. In addition, some artists may have official fan clubs that sell tickets to their fans. These are the only official ways to purchase tickets. Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park is not liable for invalid tickets purchased via third-party ticketing sites (such as Stubhub), auction sites (such as ebay), classifieds (such as craigslist), or any ticket broker.

TICKETING FEES
Wisconsin State Sales Tax (5.5%) is applied on the total sum of most orders. Some shows have an added credit card fee of 2.6%. To avoid this fee, cash purchases may be made at the Jefferson County Fair Park office. When ordering tickets online or by phone you may be charged a convenience fee of $.50-$6.50 per ticket and/or handling fee of $1.00-$6.50 per order. In certain instances, all or some of the fees listed above are included in the listed ticket price. Please contact the Jefferson County Fair Park office if you wish to find the exact breakdown of ticketing fees for a particular show or event.

SCALPED/RESOLD TICKETS
Tickets can ONLY be resold for face value (the price printed on the ticket) or less. Tickets cannot be resold within 1500 feet of the Jefferson County Fair Park. Jefferson County/Jefferson County Fair Park reserves the right to revoke any tickets sold in violation of its policies. No refund may be issued to buyer.

PHOTO POLICY
Audio and/or visual recording of performance prohibited
All audio and/or visual recording or the audio and/or visual broadcast of all or any part of any show/performance conducted at the Jefferson County Fair Park, without the express prior written consent of the artist(s) and/or artist’s manager, is strictly prohibited. No portion of a show/performance may be broadcast, recorded, filmed, taped, or embodied in any form, for any purpose, without the prior written consent of artist(s) and/or artist’s manager.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
These Purchase Terms and Conditions are in addition to and subject to the Terms of Use for the Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park Website (the “Website”) and the services provided through the Website (the “Website Services”), are incorporated herein by reference. All customers who attempt to buy or reserve a ticket or who actually buy or reserve a ticket using the Website or Website Service (“Ticket Buyer”) agree to these Purchase Terms and Conditions by accessing or using the Website or Website Services.
Must be 18 years old or older to make a purchase through this site. By initiating or completing a purchase through this site you are representing that you are 18 years old or older and the information you are entering on this site is that of someone who is 18 years old or older. Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park is not responsible for anything that may occur or happen at a Venue. The Ticket Buyer may also be subject to additional terms and conditions required by each particular Venue and each Ticket Buyer should request, locate and familiarize themselves with the policies of any Venue at which they may attend an event or performance.

CONVENIENCE CHARGES & ORDER PROCESSING FEES
Tickets purchased through Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park can be subject to a per ticket convenience charge and/or a per order processing fee. Any additional charges or fees applied to a ticket purchase are at the sole discretion of Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park.

AMOUNT OF TICKETS PER TICKET BUYER
When purchasing tickets through Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park, Ticket Buyer may be limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. If a maximum amount exists, it is posted during the purchase process and is verified with each transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices and to expedite the time it takes to process an order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
It is the responsibility of the Ticket Buyer to confirm with Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park, whether or not the order has been placed. The Venue may not automatically be made aware of any problems that occur during the purchase process. Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park is not responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) for errors that occur in the ticket purchase processing and or confirmation process if applicable.

CANCELED AND POSTPONED EVENTS
In no event will Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park in any way be responsible for any refund or reissuing of tickets for cancelled, postponed or rescheduled events.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Ticket Buyer assumes all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and waives any claims for personal injury or death against Jefferson County/ Jefferson County Fair Park on behalf of Ticket Buyer, any accompanying minor and their successors, assigns, heirs or estate.
